RockWolf Photography: Rewind and press Play

I decided that I really need to write in English, at least every third or fourth of my texts. This isn’t so that I’d get more people visiting, but to show my non-Finnish friends that I do think of them too as I post these things. Hope I’ll do well, even though I haven’t been writing any long stuff in English for a while.

So to get to my head-line point...
“Rewind and press Play” honestly means that I’m taking some steps backward in my life, and to be more exact, on the concert photographing I’ve been doing. ... Just in case someone’s interested in my rock gig life history, which really isn’t that long. I guess that’s because I’ve always been down-to-earth and into the wild. Not that much of a party goer or a fan of lots and lots of people I don’t know.

I’ve never really been a concert bee, but somehow I put it behind me when I was introduced to this band: Reckless Love. At least their shows are something I just need to go to. I’ve now been following this band around Finland (with my sister) for almost two years. It’s not about bars and drinking – not for me, thanks –but about the music and the hyper happiness the guys glow to the audience they’re playing to. I’m totally hooked.

Now that the Reckless Love guys are touring in the UK, and after that are on a concert break, I wanted to do a memorial of my trip following them around so far. This thing will have more than just one part, because I have been taking so heck of a lot photos at those rocking gigs. You can only imagine how hard it was to pick the few I wanted to share with you. :)

I’ll put the pictures here in a chronological order from 27^th of February 2011 to 29^th of September 2012. I’ll also be putting here (among all this Reckless Love fuss) some other bands I’ve seen in between the RL concerts, but I won’t have that much on them. Sorry.

Okay, I think that was it. Let’s start rewinding my Reckless Love trip now. Be prepared!
